Father Matters provides men and women with the tools, training, and support they need to gain meaningful employment and move toward financial independence.

Our workforce assistance program helps participants prepare for the job market, build confidence, develop practical skills, and remove barriers that can make it harder to find or keep work.

We provide support with job searches, applications, resumes, interviews, career development, education opportunities, access to technology, work clothing, transportation, and one-on-one guidance.

Our workshops and training programs help participants build job readiness skills, improve digital skills, connect with employers, learn financial basics, and create a stronger path forward.

In-person, virtual, and phone appointments are available.
