Stronger Together

Being there for your children takes more than good intentions. It takes communication, patience, consistent routines, and the willingness to keep learning. Men at Work offers a chance to step back from daily demands, connect with other fathers and caregivers, and focus on the relationships that matter most.

The class centers on four areas of family life:

Build Connection

Explore how family bonds, everyday routines, and emotional support help children feel connected. Think about ways to listen, stay involved, and make meaningful time together part of family life.

Parent as a Team

Focus on co-parenting skills and problem-solving. Consider how clearer communication and a shared focus on children’s needs can support more constructive conversations and parenting decisions.

Create Stability

Discuss safe homes and financial responsibility as foundations of family stability. Explore the role that dependable care, thoughtful choices, and consistent expectations play in helping children thrive.

Grow Confidence

Build your understanding of positive parenting and emotional resilience. Reflect on how you respond to challenges and how you can bring greater patience, confidence, and consistency to your role as a father or caregiver.

Who Should Attend?

This class is for fathers and caregivers in Maricopa County who want to strengthen their parenting skills, build healthier family relationships, and connect with support. Whether you are working on communication, co-parenting, or creating more stability at home, Men at Work provides a place to learn and grow alongside others.
